His three-phase methodology:

Phase 1 - Risk Removal: Identify and fix the foundational business risks that cause growth initiatives to fail before they start. Misaligned pricing, broken sales processes, key-person dependencies, and missing systems.

Phase 2 - Revenue Architecture: Design and implement a complete commercial operating system — structured sales process, pipeline management, pricing strategy, go-to-market plan, and CRM infrastructure.

Phase 3 - Scale & Exit Readiness: Accelerate revenue growth, expand into new markets (including US market entry), and build the commercial infrastructure that commands premium exit multiples.
