Phil PELUCHA

Phil Pelucha is an award-winning revenue acceleration consultant and PhDc in Business AI Integration. As a Revenue Architect, he helps VC & PE-backed businesses engineer scalable growth through sales optimisation, market expansion, and AI-powered automation.

His career traces a specific through-line: pattern recognition applied at commercial scale. Trained originally in institutional real estate through RICS-accredited valuation surveying, Phil built his early career inside CBRE, JLL, Carillion, Kier, and ISS networks, where the operating discipline of asset-heavy service businesses at scale became foundational to his methodology.

Parallel to the institutional work, Phil built and exited two retained executive search firms between 2009 and 2015 - Dexter Michaels (acquired by a European construction and real estate recruitment leader within two years) and Armour Recruitment (built to 90% retained in an industry that insisted retained was impossible, acquired by a global competitor).

These were the first applied proofs of what is now his revenue acceleration methodology, applied to founder-led businesses under real market pressure, with real consequences. From 2015 onwards, Phil moved into international consultancy. FIFA international federation advisory for seven years. US market entry for hundreds of international B2B companies. Institutional PE portfolio engagement across South Africa, UAE, UK, and US.

Methodology deployed across investment networks including portfolio companies within the orbits of OpenAI, Amazon, Microsoft, Boeing, and CBRE.Pelucha Capital, the capital vehicle was formally launched in March 2025 and now operates at the intersection of revenue acceleration engagements, principal capital, and selective UHNW/family office participation.
